Redundant & Actively Monitored Servers - Mission-critical services (such as password authentication servers and domain name servers) are run in parallel. If a service fails, there is a backup to keep the service operating. All the servers are actively monitored around the clock and a technician is alerted by pager if a server fails. Our servers are protected by APC's Matrix 3000 Extended Run UPS power backup system. Our systems will stay up approximately 4 hours in a power outage and we can add more runtime as needed.
