Look for a Control Panel named PPP and open it (you can get to your Control Panels from the Apple Menu). If you can't find one of the Control Panels or it doesn't look very similar to the picture below when you open it, e-mail us and let us know.
Open your TCP/IP Control Panel. Change the Control Panel to look like this:
Close the window and save the configuration when prompted.
Open your PPP Control Panel. Change the Control Panel to look like this:
Enter your Empowering username in the name field and password in the password field. Click the Connect button. Once the connection is complete, you should be able to use your Internet software. When you close the PPP or Remote Access Control Panel, you will be prompted to save the configuration. Do so.
